ISC150T Ion Sputter Coater

The ISC150T is a high-vacuum ion sputter coater that combines a diaphragm pump and a molecular pump to achieve a vacuum level of approximately 10^-3 Pa.
It supports sputtering of noble metal targets such as Au, Pt, and Pd, as well as easily oxidizable targets including W, Cr, and C.
Particularly suitable for preparing samples for FE-SEM, where high resolution and high magnification imaging are required.
