Jandel RM3000 Test Unit
The Jandel RM3000 Test Unit is a constant current source and digital voltmeter, supplying constant currents between 10nA and 99.99mA, and measuring voltages from 0.01mV to 1250mV.
The RM3000 has a range of 1 milliohm/square to 500 Megohms/square, or 1 milliohm.cm to 1 Megohm.cm. Measurements outside this range are possible depending on sample type and possible reduced accuracy.
Readings can be displayed as voltage or alternatively direct display of Ohms/square or ohm.cm.
Jandel Res Test Test Unit
The new Jandel ResTest Test Unit is a constant current source and digital voltmeter with large colour screen, supplying constant currents between 1uA and 10mA, and measuring voltages from 0.04mV to 4000mV.
The ResTest has a range of 10 milliohm/square to 1 Megohms/square, or 10 milliohm.cm to 10000 ohm.cm. Measurements outside this range are possible depending on sample type and possible reduced accuracy.
Readings are displayed directly in mV, Sheet resistance and Volume Resistivity and can be saved on board or directly to memory stick.
