Smart FLOW's capabilities
Our Smart FLOW power unit combined with our TestPilot control system offers a unique combination of rotational speed-controlled drive with proportional pressure control. Thus displacement volume and system pressure are set exactly to meet specific testing requirements. This occurs automatically without user intervention. The energy consumption of a Smart FLOW unit is on average already 30% lower than standard units due to the optimal control of the delivery volume and the additional control of system pressure reduces energy consumption a further 20%.

POWER FLOW's capabilities
The POWER FLOW is the ideal universal testing machine for non-linear systems or components with high damping. Using suitable testing fixtures, tension-compression, bending, torsion, and internal pressure tests can be performed. Hydraulic principles allow you to freely choose the test frequency.

Your desired test fixtures, mounted on a suitable servohydraulic testing cylinder, can be combined with our flexible and intuitive operating software CoPilot.

POWER FLOW comes in four different variants:

  • Universal test system POWER FLOW up to 400 kN
  • Universal test system with high frequencies  POWER FLOW high frequency up to max. 500 Hz
  • 2-axial test system (Tension-Compression, Torsion) POWER FLOW axial + torsion up to 125 kN/4,000 Nm
  • Test system for internal pressure testing POWER FLOW high impression up to 1,500 bar
